Licensed counsel, in‑house background

A licensed attorney and legal counsel with fourteen years of professional experience delivering legal and advisory services to companies, with particular focus on litigation and dispute resolution, contracts, company formation, and governance, compliance and legal risk management. He combines practical legal expertise with a commercial and operational understanding of client needs — representing companies before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, managing complex legal files, and issuing legal opinions on commercial, regulatory and labour matters.

He brings direct experience in corporate governance through his role as Board Secretary and Investment Committee Secretary of a simplified joint-stock company, including supporting the work of boards and committees, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, documenting resolutions and following up on their implementation, and keeping procedures aligned with governance requirements and applicable regulations. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, review of transaction documents, and the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and closing documents.
